During the humidification process, fresh water is atomized and dosed so intensively at high pressure that a fine mist is produced. These very fine water droplets evaporate in a very short time and create an adiabatic cooling effect. Thanks to the high efficiency and water utilization, the water requirement is low and the electrical energy savings are up to 85% compared to conventional circulating spray humidifiers. The LTG high-pressure humidification systems with hygiene certificate are equally suitable for use in the food, hygiene articles, paper and automotive industries. LTG air washers also use large quantities of water to clean the air from industrial and production areas that is contaminated with solid particles or dust. The dirty water produced is cleaned in a filter box. The maintenance-friendly systems can humidify directly or indirectly and allow air humidification at over 100% RH.
